The University of Plymouth is looking to appoint a full service marketing agency (or agencies with the ability to support full service requirements) to develop and implement student recruitment campaigns that will make the University stand out in a busy marketplace and attract prospective students. We would like to work with an agency that can inspire and lead us in the creation of a campaign strategy that looks ahead to what our target audience wants and what they expect from a modern university. We are looking for innovation and creativity from a forward looking agency who will support the student recruitment strategy across all phases of a student journey from enquiry to enrolment. We want to work with the agency that can support the University of Plymouth to become a first choice institution through exciting new student recruitment campaign strategies – this will include (but not limited to) -Insight and trend analysis -Campaign creative ideas -Media planning, buying and roll out -Reporting and evaluation The contract is for 2 years with a possible 1 year extension (at the University’s discretion). This contract period is subject to satisfactory service throughout and by achieving certain agreed Service Level Agreements/targets. The contract constitutes no given value and orders/requirements will be issued on an as and when required basis. Any award may be subject to additional financial checks along with financial probity to be able to fulfill the contract.
