DPS scheme for financial consultants

Viken County is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for financial consultancy services. See the invitation to tender for further information. Lot 1: Viken County is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for financial consultancy services. The DPS scheme will cover the Contracting Authority's need for expertise that is not available in-house, or where there is a need for independent external completion of assignments. The DPS scheme can also be used for extra capacity and transfer of expertise. This DPS scheme includes the following assignments within financial consultancy: A. Follow-up of the investment budget Follow-up of the investment budget mainly means financial follow-up of investment budgets for construction projects, work on the annual budget and 4-year financial plan, reporting (monthly, quarterly, tertiary and annual reporting, KOSTRA reporting), providing assistance to project and construction managers on construction projects with financial follow-up throughout the entire project process, consultancy related to VAT issues, various controller tasks and analyses and possible support and system support in relation to financial systems VISMA, Framsikt and ISY. B. Follow-up of the operating budget Follow-up of the operating budget mainly means financial follow-up throughout the year on the service areas' (council areas') operating budgets, reporting (monthly, tertiary and annual reporting, KOSTRA reporting), consultancy related to VAT issues, provide assistance to case managers and managers in the council areas with financial and accounting follow-up throughout the entire year, various analysis and controller tasks, provide contributions to and/or prepare cases for political committees, and possibly support and system support in relation to the financial systems VISMA and Framsikt Assignments may also apply to other tasks that are not specified above, but which have are naturally related to work in the above-mentioned assignment areas.
