Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust require a supplier to provide vehicle recovery services for their fleet of vehicles that is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The Trust expects an estimated arrival on scene of no more than 90 minutes. The Welsh Ambulance Services are a category 1 responder and as such need to always have maximum vehicle availability. Lot 2: Central Wales Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust require a supplier to provide vehicle recovery services for their fleet of vehicles that is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
