Assens Kommune udbyder gardiner, persienner og anden solafskærmning til alle forvaltninger, afdelinger og institutioner. Det samlede anslåede forbrug udgør på årsbasis cirka 400 000 DKK ekskl. moms. Der er alene tale om et estimat, som ikke er bindende for ordregiver. Aftalen indgås som en rammeaftale. Rammeaftalerne indgås med op til 1 tilbudsgivere for en periode på 2 år med mulighed for option i yderligere 2 x 12 måneder. Assens Kommune forpligter sig i denne periode til at købe de produkter, der er omfattet af udbuddet, hos den valgte tilbudsgiver på vilkårene beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Udbuddet omfatter gardiner, rullegardiner, persienner, lamelgardiner og plisségardiner. Udbuddet omfatter ikke udvendig solafskærmning.
