Framework For Removal & Re Installation of Television Aerials & Satellite Dishes for External Walls

Swansea Council Building Services will be carrying out External Wall Installation works to their existing housing stock within the Swansea Area. The removal of television aerials and satellite dishes prior to EWI and other works and their reinstatement on completion. This work entails providing 900mm external insulation and a 200mm dash coat to each property, and general roofing and building works. The work done under this Specification is intended to include all Television aerials, Satellite dishes and cabling works preparatory to its execution; for the compliance by the Contractor with all Conditions of the Contract and relevant Building Codes of Practice. The works shall be carried out as and where directed in the best possible way, by competent workmen in a proper workmanlike manner, to the approval of the Contract Administrator.
