2021/4939 — Award of Contract — Framework Agreement for Tools and Technical Material

Description

Innlandet County intends to procure a framework agreement that will cover a very varying need for tools and various materials for different education programmes in Innlandet County. We offer, amongst other things, education within technology and industry subjects, and building and construction subjects at 21 study places in Innlandet County. The contract is for all the sixth form colleges and other entities in the counties that need to procure these types of products. Lot 1: The product groups included in this contest are: — machines, battery tools, air tools, electrical tools (with wires), hand tools, measuring tools, cutting and sanding products, welding and soldering equipment, drills and threading tools. The contract does not include building materials and wood products, including construction wood, planed timber, external cladding, insulation, various nails, screws and hinges, windows, doors, and various other tools particularly aimed for building and construction techniques. The following are also not included in the contract: — plumbing parts includings special tools, — masonry products for teaching purposes, — falsework products for teaching purposes, — painting products for teaching purposes. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure from other suppliers in the following cases: — special type of accessory/consumable/parts/lubricants for existing equipment (that is required due to, for example, the guarantee), — obtaining prices from several suppliers if the product is not in stock from the framework agreement supplier, — procurement of products for pedagogic purposes, — procurement of products, possibly packages for pupils for teaching purposes, — service contracts for existing and new machines. The tender contest includes the procurement of new products.
