The Norwegian Coastal Administration invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) in accordance with the PPR §§ 26-4 to 26-7. The objective of establishing the DPS is to cover the need for hydrographical services. The Norwegian Coastal Administration's development department carries out measures in the waters along the coast and, in this connection, require good capacity in the area of marine surveying and processing of hydrographical data. Hydrographical data is used for planning measures and for verification of completed measures, as well as updating official nautical charts. It is essential that the hydrographical data gathered for verification of completed measures forms the basis for updates to official nautical charts. Only the Norwegian Mapping Authority and certified marine surveying organisations can process and submit hydrographical data to the Norwegian Mapping Authority's database for qualified depth data. Tenderers can apply for participation in the system during the entire agreement period and qualified tenderers are admitted on an ongoing basis. Participation in the DPS does not involve any obligation to submit tenders in the system's invitation to tender The estimated value of the DPS is approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority will not be bound to a specific scope or value. The annual scope can vary based on changes in needs and allocations.
