SWFRS together with UK ISAR is seeking a supplier to provide a cold weather training course for ISAR technicians in a harsh weather environment.The learning requirements will need to adhere to:To provide 2 courses per year, with an average of 15 students per course.The course must be delivered in Europe.Course dates will need to be during the months of January and February.Operating in temperatures of between -15 to -25 degrees centigrade
