Qualitätssicherung für AOK-Clarimedis Lot 1: Die AOK-Gemeinschaft hält unter der Bezeichnung "AOK-Clarimedis" ein besonderes Informationsangebot für ihre Versicherten vor: die medizinische Information am Telefon. Die Versicherten der AOK können sich über Prävention, Diagnose und Therapie von Erkrankungen informieren sowie nach - unter regionalen und fachspezifischen Gesichtspunkten - geeigneten Leistungserbringern erkundigen. Besonderes Anliegen der AOK bei der Versorgung ihrer Versicherten mit medizinischen Informationen ist die Qualitätssicherung. In regelmäßigen Wellen wird das Callcenter der AOK-Clarimedis in Köln deshalb im Auftrag des AOK-Bundesverbandes von AOK-Versicherten getestet. Die Organisation dieser nicht standardisierten Testanrufe soll der Auftragnehmer übernehmen; ihre Auswertung erfolgt gemeinsam mit einem Expertenteam aus Ärzten und Apothekern der AOK-Gemeinschaft.
