Description

Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz hat ein neues, integriertes System im Zeitmanagement eingeführt. Im nächsten Schritt steht eine Erweiterung dieses Systems an. Lot 1: Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Ergänzung eines Zeiterfassungssystems mit der Funktion Zeiterfassung und Zutrittskontrolle. Dies beinhaltet die Lieferung der technischen Ein-richtungen zur Erfassung der Zeiten und Steuerung des Zutritts (Terminals) einschließlich einer zentralen steuernden Software. Das System für die Zeiterfassung (Zeiterfassungsterminals, Zutrittsleser, kombinierte Zeiterfassungs-/Zutrittsterminals und Token mit der hierfür notwendigen Software) ist Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Die Anbindung zum führenden Zeitwirtschaftssystem in IPEMA(R) muss zwingend über die Schnittstelle SAP-PDC (HR-PDC) erfolgen. Die Angabe des geschätzten Wertes nach Ziff. II.2.6) begründet keine Ansprüche und stellt einen geschätzten Wert dar. Die Angabe unter Ziff. I.1) gibt die Behörde an, welche das Beschaffungsverfahren durchführt. Vertragspartner der Rahmenvereinbarung des Auftragnehmers ist das Land Rheinland-Pfalz, vertr. d. den Landesbetrieb Daten und Information.
