Open House-Verträge für mehrere Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffkombinationen

Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über folgende Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffkombinationen im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens: Amifampridin (N07XX05) Fluorouracil, nur Kombinationen (D11AF55) Folsäure (B03BB01) Formoterol & Fluticason (R03AK11) Imiquimod (D06BB10) Ivermectin (P02CF01) Lamivudin & Tenofovirdisoproxil & Doravirin (J05AR24) Lapatinib (L01EH01) Maraviroc (J05AX09) Mesalazin (A07EC02) Pegvisomant (H01AX01) Pimecrolimus (D11AH02) Raltegravir (J05AJ01) Sevelamer (V03AE02) Vilanterol & Umeclidiniumbromid (R03AL03) Xylometazolin (R01AA07) Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss eines Rabattvertrages nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die genannten Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffkombinationen angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.07.2023. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate. Lot 1: Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss eines Rabattvertrages nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die genannten Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffkombinationen angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.07.2023. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate.
