Three organisations of the Acute Hospitals Alliance (AHA) was formed as a vehicle for collaboration between: • Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. Only suppliers with experience successfully implementing Oracle EPR at NHS Acute Trusts should apply. Why the work is being done Critically important for the three NHS Trusts to have a reliable EPR Implementation Partner with the demonstrable capability and capacity to deliver. The business problem you need to solve Specialist expertise to act as an Implementation Partner for an EPR across three NHS Acute Trusts. First user type: To ensure an efficient and effective implementation, it is important that the three Trusts are well prepared for the transformation journey ahead, recognising the journey has already commenced. To do this, the AHA is looking to engage a partner, with successful experience in NHS EPR programme delivery, at NHS Acute Trusts, to provide expert capability for the programme. The selected partner will work with the Shared EPR Programme team and Oracle Health, providing expert guidance and challenge to mitigate any risk of delay, delivering successful outcomes, on time and in budget. This includes the successful sign off each Gateway within the current EPR programme timetable. The selected partner should also have the capability and capacity to provide limited hands on implementation support to mitigate any emerging risks within the programme.
