Framework Contract for the Supply, Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Network Switches

Description

The objective of this call for tenders is to establish a single framework contract for the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of extreme networks switches in Satcen’s classified and unclassified networks. The framework contract will cover: (i) the on-demand supply of Extreme Networks switches with associated services (i.e. delivery, installation, configuration, start-up, testing and a 3 (three)-year support and maintenance service for the newly acquired switches); and (ii) the provision of annual maintenance services for the various extreme networks switches currently installed in Satcen’s classified and unclassified networks, upon termination of the current annual maintenance contract on 31 October 2024.
