The Council has a requirement for an ongoing number of maintenance and refurbishment works to individual properties on a one-off basis. The works typically involve bringing a house up to the required living standards following a fire, significant tenant alterations or the inability to gain access to carryout normal planned maintenance works. Work will generally be domestic, however small corporate works maybe undertaken where work content is similar. The average value of work is 60,000 GBP and currently around 10 projects are occurring each year. Experience in carrying out multi trade construction work to a deadline is essential. This PIN is being used to seek expressions of interest from suppliers in this field. Your responses must be submitted by email and must include answers to the questions listed within the document attached as this information will be used to select maximum of 5 suppliers to quote (via PCS Quick Quote) for the required work. Deadline for responses is 12.00 Noon on 10th July 2024
