Mediante la contratación del servicio para el desarrollo, implantación y soporte del sistema de información de Juego de la Junta de Andalucía (en adelante SISJA) que sustituye al antiguo sistema SISJUEP (Sistema de Información de Juegos y Espectáculos Públicos), expediente SGT096/18TIC (“SERVICIO PARA EL DESARROLLO, IMPLANTACIÓN Y SOPORTE DEL SISTEMA DE INFORMACIÓN DE JUEGO DE LA JUNTA DE ANDALUCÍA”), se ha puesto en funcionamiento SISJA el pasado 17 de Mayo de 2021. Lot 1: El alcance del servicio contratado abarcará todas las labores necesarias para el mantenimiento y soporte del SISJA: planificación, definición de requisitos, definición de la arquitectura, análisis, diseño, construcción, integración, pruebas, implantación, gestión del cambio, gestión de defectos, gestión de la configuración, seguimiento y control, y soporte a usuarios.
