The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Section, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of cycles with and without auxiliary motors and stabilising wheels for two-wheeled cycles, services, accessories, and spare parts. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a range of cycles with and without auxiliary motors and stabilising wheels for two-wheeled cycles with a breadth that covers the majority of the needs of the actual users, as well as to facilitate the testing, adaptation, and repair of the products. An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement. The maximum total value per lot can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value.
