Oslo Municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, Group Procurements Division (hereafter called the contracting authority), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the purchase of company health services. Oslo Municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approximately 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approximately NOK 52 billion. The purpose of the procurement is to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for employees of businesses in Oslo Municipality by safeguarding the employer's statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act and associated regulations. Lot Contract area 1 includes 8 districts and 8 different agencies (the Agency for Fire and Rescue, the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling, the Agency for Health, the Agency for Planning and Building Services, the Agency for Water and Sewage and the Agency for Welfare), with a total of approximately 17,000 employees. - Contract area 1 covers the entities in Oslo Municipality that are specified in the tender documentation point 1.3.2 'Scope'. - Option to extend the contract for up to a further 2+1+1 years on the same terms. Lot 2: Contract area 2 The purpose of the procurement is to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for employees of businesses in Oslo Municipality by safeguarding the employer's statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act and associated regulations. Lot Contract area 2 includes 7 districts and 24 different agencies/businesses with a combined total of approximately 19,200 employees. Contract area 2 covers the entities in Oslo Municipality that are specified in the tender documentation point 1.3.2 'Scope' The contract has an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for up to a further 2+1+1 years on the same terms. Lot 3: Contract area 3 The purpose of the procurement is to facilitate healthy and safe working conditions for employees of businesses in Oslo Municipality by safeguarding the employer's statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act and associated regulations. Lot Contract area 3 includes the Agency for Education with approximately 18,600 employees. Contract area 3 covers the entities in Oslo Municipality that are specified in the tender documentation point 1.3.2 'Scope' The contract has an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for up to a further 2+1+1 years on the same terms.
