TårnbyForsyning Service A/S betaler bl.a. løbende licens pr. bruger. Kontrakten har en løbetid på 4 år fra ikrafttrædelsesdatoen. TårnbyForsyning Service A/S har option på at forlænge kontrakten 4 gange på uændrede vilkår med 1 år ad gangen. Efter udløbet af de første 8 år af kontraktens løbetid kan kontrakten forlænges på uændrede vilkår, hvilket kræver enighed mellem Parterne.
