Kauf und Lizensierung eines Proxysystems Symantec Bluecoat mit Instandhaltung und Pflege; Lizensierung Software Seppmail mit Gina-Appliance und Pflege; Dienstleistungen zur Konfiguration, Implementierung und Anpassung. Beschaffung eines Proxysystems mit verknüpften Systemen zur Analyse von (auch verschlüsselten) Mails und Schadsoftware. Nebenleistungen sind Instandhaltung und Pflege für die Systeme sowie Dienstleistungen zur Konfiguration, Installation und laufenden Anpassung. Die beabsichtigte Lösung stellt eine Erhöhung der Systemleistungsfähigkeit dar und basiert auf schon derzeit in der BaFin eingesetzten Systemen, da ein Systemwechsel aufgrund mangelnder Kapazitäten der BaFin nicht durchführbar wäre.
