Aarhus Kommune har i marts 2022 gennemført et konkret indkøb (herefter benævnt miniudbud) med henblik på at indgå rammeaftale på frokostmåltid til dagtilbud omfattet af det dynamiske indkøbssystem ”Levering af frokostmåltid til dagtilbud i Aarhus Kommune”. Lot 1: Kategori 1: Kvalitet I kategori 1, under det dynamiske indkøbssystem, tildeles rammeaftale den tilbudsgiver, der afgiver det for Aarhus Kommune mest fordelagtige tilbud ud fra kriteriet "Kvalitet". Prisen per barn per måltid er på forhånd fastsat af Aarhus Kommune. Lot 2: Kategori 2: Kvalitet og pris I kategori 2, under det dynamiske indkøbssystem, tildeles rammeaftale den tilbudsgiver, der afgiver det for Aarhus Kommune mest fordelagtige tilbud ud fra kriterierne "Kvalitet" og "Pris".
