Levering af danske bøger og noder inkl. klargøring til Herning Kommunes Folke- og skolebiblioteker. Lot 1: Kontrakten er gældende for Herning Folkebibliotek, lokalbibliotekerne i Herning Kommune samt skolebiblioteket der består af de enheder der fremgår af bilag 3, institutionsoversigt. Det er Folkebiblioteket, der bestiller og betaler for leveringer til lokalbibliotekerne. Ordrer til lokalbibliotekerne skal leveres til Folkebiblioteket. Skolebibliotekerne faktureres centralt, men leveringer sker decentralt. Udbuddet er ikke opdelt i delaftaler, da Herning Kommune vurderer, at det samlet set giver Herning Kommune den bedste aftale, ikke at dele aftalen op. Kontrakten forudsættes indgået med 1 leverandør. For nærmere beskrivelse af de udbudte varer, herunder de mindstekrav varerne skal opfylde, henvises udbudsmaterialet.
