New B53 Scrubber Dosing System

Published

Supplier(s)

Parsons Plastics Limited

Value

45,710 GBP

Description

Mountbatten building is serviced by 2 Packed Tower Scrubbers to neutralise the emissions of toxic gases utilised within the cleanrooms and labs. The dosing system for the towers was installed when the building was built and, although has been maintained well, is not able to control the dosing amounts or duration at all and has singular control via a pH probe for each tower. A modern dosing system is required for the scrubbers to enable fine control of the dosing amounts and times - this requirement is due to the low levels of use that the scrubber towers are utilised for.
