Shared care GP enhanced service for West Yorkshire, specific, further GP enhanced services for Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. Lot 1: The Contract Authority, NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board intends to award a contract to an existing provider/s following Direct Award Process C. The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. Contract period: 01/04/2025 - 31/03/2026 This is on an initial one-year term. Further terms are specific to the GP enhanced service.
