Das Land Hessen leistet im Rahmen von "Hessen hilft!" humanitäre Hilfe für die betroffene Bevölkerung in der Ukraine. Es erfolgt die Lieferung von Lebensmitteln (Rahmenvereinbarung) für das HMdIS Lot 1: Das Land Hessen leistet im Rahmen von "Hessen hilft!" humanitäre Hilfe für die betroffene Bevölkerung in der Ukraine. Es erfolgt die Lieferung von 759.000 Lebensmitteln (Höchstmenge (Festmenge)) (Rahmenvereinbarung) für das Hessische Ministerium des Innern und für Sport in 2023. Mindestens eine wöchentliche Lieferung (Montag bis Freitag, 8 - 15 Uhr). Falls mehr als ein Transport in einer Kalenderwoche durchgeführt werden soll, kündigt dies der Auftraggeber 3 Wochen vor dem Abruf schriftlich an. Ohne Abnahmeverpflichtung kann der Auftraggeber in 2024 und 2025 jeweils bis zu 50 wöchentliche Liefereinheiten (weitere Höchstmenge 1.897.500 Lebensmittel (Optionsmenge)) abrufen. Mit Erreichen der Höchstmenge endet die Rahmenvereinbarung
