Udbuddet vedrører drift og vedligehold af primære veje – de gamle amtsveje. Der er tale om 182 km primære veje med tilhørende stinet på c. 38 km i Haderslev Kommune. Arbejderne skal gennemføres i tidsrummet fra 1. januar 2024 til 31. december 2027, med mulighed for forlængelse af kontrakten i op til 2 x op til 12 måneder uden ændringer i kontraktforholdene. Udbuddet gennemføres som offentligt udbud, jf. udbudsloven, LBK nr. 10 af 06/01/2023 , hvilket betyder, at enhver kan afgive tilbud. Opgaven udbydes dels til tilstandskrav og dels til udførelseskrav. Haderslev Kommune anvender elektronisk bestillingssystem til opgavestyring i hele kontraktperioden. Der skal å forventes virksomhedsoverdragelse. Der bliver afgivet kontrolbud
