Cardiff Metropolitan University’s existing arrangement for the provision of Fortinet maintenance and support is outsourced and expires on the 4th of April 2025.We therefore wish to re-tender for the appointment of a Supplier for this requirement with effect from 5th of April 2025.The contract will be for a 12 month period.As a minimum, Suppliers must have an Advanced Partnership level with Fortinet.Suppliers must also be able to offer premium technical support and return merchandise authorisation (RMA) services, with the capability to deliver 24x7x4 hour parts and engineer to site.Suppliers must have capability to configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs.Suppliers must have the capability, either through the use of FortiAuthenticator with Fortitoken or alternative third-party solutions that integrate with Fortigate, to configure and troubleshoot 2 factor authentication.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=147300.
