Die IT des Landkreis Augsburg hat die komplette datentechnische und telekommunikationstechnische Versorgung für alle Bereiche der Verwaltung des Landkreises, seiner Außenstellen sowie (für den pädagogischen und Verwaltungsbereich) der von Landkreis betreuten 17 weiterführenden Schulen zu realisieren. Leasing TK-Systeme Lieferung neuer Kommunikationssysteme für die Landkreisverwaltung und deren Schulen: - Redundante Systemsteuerung - ca. 1800 Hardphones - ca. 1250 Softphones - umfangreiche Kommunikationsanwendungen - Aufbau und Einrichtung der Systeme - Migration der Daten - Abnahme und Dokumentation der Systeme Lot 1: Die IT des Landkreis Augsburg hat die komplette datentechnische und telekommunikationstechnische Versorgung für alle Bereiche der Verwaltung des Landkreises, seiner Außenstellen sowie (für den pädagogischen und Verwaltungsbereich) der von Landkreis betreuten 17 weiterführenden Schulen zu realisieren. Leasing TK-Systeme Lieferung neuer Kommunikationssysteme für die Landkreisverwaltung und deren Schulen: - Redundante Systemsteuerung - ca. 1800 Hardphones - ca. 1250 Softphones - umfangreiche Kommunikationsanwendungen - Aufbau und Einrichtung der Systeme - Migration der Daten - Abnahme und Dokumentation der Systeme Die Systeme sind im 4 Quartal 2023 zu liefern und bis zum Dezember 23 zu liefern, aufzubauen und abzunehmen. Der Regelbetrieb der Systeme ist ab dem 01.01.2024 geplant. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sind die Systeme durch den Auftragnehmer in Leasing zu übernehmen. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt 60 Monate ab der Bereitstellung der Leistung.
