The Corporate Transformation & Workplace Directorate sits within DG Corporate, a family of core services. Within the Directorate, Corporate Transformation is a new team, focussed on delivering new corporate services that underpin much of the work that government does. Systems and processes put in place some time ago are no longer fit for the government we have become, and for the journey ahead. Core services and capabilities need refreshed, creating new levels of service, ease of use, and productivity gains.Our focus is delivery. We are not a policy function. Our value within the organisation is in problem resolution and the creation and delivery of services that enables the organisation as a whole. The Directorate will be responsible for many programmes and initiatives as we grow, critical to the ongoing development of SG.The Shared Services Programme is our current priority programme that is transforming our finance and HR services by moving to a standard set of best practice processes and features and adopting a new integrated cloud platform.The purpose of these roles is to develop training and will work alongside other training professionals (training leads and training designers) to create learning content for our Oracle Cloud implementation.The training content will cover system processes and overviews and will be created using a blend of methods: Oracle Guided Learning, Articulate Rise (eLearning), demo videos, webinars and live demos.This role will work with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate. They will create learning in line with accessibility standards and implement feedback to continuously enhance the training materials.The main duties of this role include:• Develop training content based of source materials such as process maps, desk instructions, policy documents and operational guidance• Work in partnership with Subject Matter Experts to create new, and improve existing Oracle Guided Learning interventions• Support IBM knowledge transfer by documenting training sessions and adapting them for continuous development• Maintaining learning repository of training materials based on IBM knowledge transfer sessions• Develop and cultivate relationships with stakeholders• Build collaborative relationships with external partners• Point of contact for training enquiries• Ensure continuous improvement of learning solution by actioning feedback and updated processes• Provide fully effective handover of learning solutions• Apply accessibility principles in creating training content• Facilitate and deliver training
