As part of system improvements and enhancing its digital capability NGHA require a supplier to provide a programme of support in relation to digital support to improve IT services, applications and hardware for staff and partners. This includes the introduction of: - New tenant/customer facing digital touchpoints - Upgrade of our inhouse digital systems. - Any digital improvement that is scoped out as part of phase 3 To assist with the successful delivery of these aspects NGHA require to appoint a supplier to provide planning, coordination and project management support.
