The questionnaire allows interested parties to: • advise what might encourage or discourage participating in a tender opportunity • give thoughts on a framework structure • indicate their preference for pricing methods • make recommendations relating to vehicle specifications, ordering, service lead-times, emergency service response time, sociable and unsociable hours service provision, depot locations in or close to Leicestershire, contingency plan for service continuity, vehicle tracking options, licences and accreditations, environmental management, added value, and any other recommendations they might like to give.
