Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint (a) contractor(s) to provide Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) and associated remedial works across its housing-related properties. It has been confirmed by the current provider of this service that there may be TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) implications attached to this tender exercise. Lot 1: Lot 1 Electrical Installation Condition Reporting & Remedial Works (South) Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Electrical Inspection Condition Reporting (EICR) and Remedial Works across its housing-related properties in the southern area of the County. Lot 2: Lot 2 Electrical Installation Condition Reporting & Remedial Works (West) Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Electrical Inspection Condition Reporting (EICR) and Remedial Works across its housing-related properties in the western area of the County. Lot 3: Lot 3 Electrical Inspection Condition Reporting & Remedial Works (East) Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide Electrical Inspection Condition Reporting (EICR) and Remedial Works across its housing-related properties in the eastern area of the County.
