Description of the procurement: <br /> <br /> The tender is for the supply of maintenance support services for building management and automatic control systems. It also encompasses a survey of the control systems utilised throughout the specified University’s building stock. <br /> <br />The BMS maintenance service level shall include, but not be limited to:- <br /> <br />i) Electrical panel maintenance <br />ii) BMS IT equipment maintenance <br />iii) Hardware maintenance, including all remote actuators, drives, etc. <br />iv) Software maintenance - Ensuring that the latest version of the maintenance software is installed along with any relevant patches or other updates. <br />v) The maintenance of hardware and software shall include the replacement of failed or faulty components. <br />vi) Building performance maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br />
