The Children & Young People's Home & Community Support Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) is for the commissioning of Home Care, Community Support and High-Level Family Support for children/young people with disabilities and/or complex needs aged 0-25.it is broken down into the following Lots. Lot 1a Generic Homecare Lot 1b Complex Homecare Lot 2a Generic Community Support Lot 2b Complex Community Support Lot 3 High Level Family Support Lot 1a: 1a PCC/CCC Homecare Generic Reopening of Childrens Home and Community Support PDPS to increase number of suppliers awarded to PDPS. The Children & Young People's Home & Community Support Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) is for the commissioning of Home Care, Community Support and High-Level Family Support for children/young people with disabilities and/or complex needs aged 0-25.it is broken down into the following Lots. Lot 1a Generic Homecare Lot 1b Complex Homecare Lot 2a Generic Community Support Lot 2b Complex Community Support Lot 3 High Level Family Support Additional information: This was Reopening Version 01 Feb 24 - The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement The Procurement was run using a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). However, the Authority reserved the right to deviate from the formalities of the open procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended in the conduct of procurements for Social and Other Specific Services otherwise referred to as Light Touch Regime procurement Two Stage Process - Bidders must have achieved an overall Quality Score of 60% or more to have price submission evaluated. Bidders who achieved this threshold then had price evaluated and all bidders who submitted a price that was under the ceiling rate have been admitted onto the framework.
