The Service provides supported housing for up to 12 people with medium to high needs with one or more of the following diagnoses/ lived experience (please note that this list is not exhaustive): • Mental health • Learning disability • Substance misuse • Physical disability • Forensic history • Autism The scheme is home to a range of individuals with varying complexities.
