Cheshire East Council - Integrated Lifestyle service referred to as One You Cheshire East for all residents across the borough. The service provides advice, information and lifestyle programmes for residents to assist with stop smoking, managing their weight, improve their physical activity and falls prevention support. The service objective is to have a meaningful impact on the health outcomes of the population and reduce the gap in health inequalities experienced in parts of the borough. Again. the Council will ultimately be selecting the most suitable bid and no preference is given to whether this is from a single organisation, from a collaborative or delivered via subcontracting; also no preference is given to organisations who may or may not have participated in our pre-market engagement.
