The Contracting Authority (Tipperary County Council) intends to appoint a Consultancy team to develop a flood risk assessment and dynamic hydraulic model for the town of Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary. The appointed consultancy team is to comprise Flood Risk Modelling and Engineering Consultancy services, including the provision of Cost Consultancy services as a Specialist Skills Provider. The appointed consultancy team will be required to provide consultancy services in accordance with the enclosed documentation.
