Provision of Enterprise Flash Messaging

Description

An auditable rapid messaging capability that can be triggered securely from multiple activation points, has 2 way & multi-channel messaging with pre-configured workflow (i.e. receiver can respond from home and work mobile/email, and dependant on response, be channelled through the workflow).  It must be automated with a management console to enable accurate reporting and up to date Management Information (MI) to the originator.  This includes the ability to audit and monitor real time responses to security incidents with accountability, to include send and read receipts. End user should not require a MOD asset or dedicated user licence to receive and send messages
