Aftalen vedrører primært tryksager og printopgaver i form af laserprint, offset-tryk og digitalt tryk, men kan også omfatte andre tryksager/materialer som f.eks. roll-ups. Aftalen omfatter tillige i mindre grad grafisk opsætning og layout i DTU’s skabeloner, billedbehandling og klargøring af filer til tryk. Grafisk tilrettelæggelse/layout sker på basis af, at DTU leverer tekstmanus og billeder i høj opløsning. Layout tager udgangspunkt i DTU’s designguidelines, www.designguide.dtu.dk. Aftalen omfatter også etablering af et online-bestillingssystem, hvor det er muligt for DTU’s brugere at bestille bl.a. visitkort, ph.d. rapporter og kuverter.
