Den udbudte kontrakt omfatter indkøb af to stk. fabriksnye gummihjulslæssere inkl. serviceaftale. Serviceaftalen skal være af 5 års varighed. Gummihjulslæsserne skal bruges på hhv. genbrugspladsen, Over Kæret 2, 9000 Aalborg og genbrugspladsen i Nibe, Aalborgvej 55, 9240 Nibe. Udbuddet gennemføres som et offentligt udbud i henhold til udbudslovens § 56 og 57. Lot 1: Kontrakten omfatter i alt 2 stk. fabriksnye gummihjulslæssere inkl. serviceaftale. Gummihjulslæsserne og serviceaftalen skal overholde de krav, som er fastsat i udbudsmaterialet, herunder særligt bilag 2B - Kravspecifikation. For nærmere beskrivelse af aftalens indhold henvises til udkast til kontrakt samt kravspecifikation og tilbudsliste. Ordregiver har valgt ikke at opdele kontrakten i delaftaler, da det vurderes at en samlet kontrakt vil medføre bedre vilkår for ordregiver, idet en opdeling af kontrakten vil blive anset for mindre attraktivt henset til anskaffelsens samlede økonomiske værdi.
