2023 – 6K Procurement of food products: Groceries and dairy products

Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk, and Vågå Municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement for groceries and dairy products for institutional households. Deliveries are to be made to each entity in the municipalities, and those who need deliveries. The contract does not include the delivery of fresh meat, fresh fish or fresh fruit and vegetables. These products are included in other framework agreements. Lot no. 1: Groceries: Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk, and Vågå Municipalities intend to enter into a framework agreement for groceries for institutional households. Deliveries are to be made to each entity in the municipalities, and those who need deliveries. The contracting authority will have a right, but not a duty to use the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure minor quantities of local products outside the contract. The contract does not include the delivery of fresh meat, fresh fish or fresh fruit and vegetables. These products are included in other framework agreements. For further information on the contents of the procurement, please see section II annex 1. The estimated total value for the entire framework agreement over four years is approx. NOK 44 million excluding VAT. For lot no. 1, the estimated total value is approx. NOK 32 million, and for lot no. 2 it is approx. NOK 12 million. The maximum value for the contract in the entire contract period for lot no. 1 is NOK 40 million, and for lot no. 2 it is NOK 15 million, total NOK 55 million altogether excluding VAT for the entire contract period.
