RFI - Outsourcing of manual track maintenance, Stage 3 - Market dialogue

Banedanmark is in the process of outsourcing its current in-house manual track maintenance services. Some activities from current contracts with external contractors will be included in the upcoming tender as well. The first two stages of outsourcing (in terms of manual track maintenance) have been completed with a signed contract for the areas: Western Jutland, Northern & Eastern Jutland - and Zealand. This upcoming third and final stage of outsourcing consists of one tender divided into three different geographical lots. Banedanmark has therefore initiated this market dialogue with potential suppliers in order to tender out an optimal solution. The purpose of this market dialogue is to gain further information on how to meet the demands and requirements of the market. Furthermore, Banedanmark is interested in knowing, how the technical details and the related framework agreement can be structured to make this upcoming tender as attractive as possible for potential suppliers.
