Aberdeenshire Council is looking to establish a framework of contractors for the delivery of their Lifecycle Component Replacement projects across their estate. This framework is to address the Council's Lifecycle Component Replacement projects which covers Works required to maintain the operational life of a Council building. Recent examples include: - Boiler upgrades - Window replacements - Roof replacements - Electrical rewires - External resurfacing works This is just a snapshot of the various trades which may be required.
