Leeds Trinity University is seeking proposals from qualified companies to survey, create, publish, and promote an Accessibility Guide for our new campus located at 1 Trevelyan Square, Leeds. The goal is to develop a comprehensive and detailed Access Guide for the building and identified teaching spaces. Scope of Work 1. Survey and Data Collection: - Conduct a thorough survey of the new campus at 1 Trevelyan Square, Leeds. - Include detailed assessments of 1 academic building and 42 teaching spaces. 2. Creation and Publication: - Develop a detailed Accessibility Guide based on the survey findings. - Ensure the guide is accessible in various formats to accommodate different needs. 3. Promotion: - Implementation strategies to effectively promote the Accessibility Guide to relevant stakeholders and the wider community. 4. Internal Data Analysis Report: - Produce an internal data analysis report that contrasts the survey findings against best practice standards, specifically BS8300:2018. Additional Requirements - Provide a separate cost line item for the annual review and update of the Accessibility Guide.
