To deliver the recycling collection reforms across businesses generating non household municipal (NHM) waste in Northern Ireland, evidence shows the need for different types of support to help both businesses and waste collectors transition to high recycling services. Following feedback from businesses and non-household organisations in England, the most valued form of support to increase business recycling is via direct in-person advisors. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
