Description

Uisce Éireann intends to establish a Qualification System for the provision of MEICA Repair and Maintenance Works and Services to Uisce Éireann. The proposed Qualification System shall consist of four (4) lots (i.e. categories) ‘Lot(s)’. Each Lot may be further subdivided into either sublots, regional areas, or local authorities based upon business needs and feedback received from the RFI. Uisce Éireann reserves the right to add additional Lots at a later stage. There is no restriction on the number of Lots an applicant can apply for. Each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. There will be no limit on the number of applicants onto the Qualification Panel. Any subsequent Call for Competition for the award of any given contract (including framework agreement(s)) under this Qualification System, will be run to procure MEICA Repair and Maintenance Works and Services to Uisce Éireann as required. Successful applicants will be formally appointed to take on the role and responsibilities of Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Contract Stage (PSCS). There may be an option for ‘contractor only’ but will dependent on the task and is subject to change. Applicants should note that from time to time over the term of the Qualification System, the Contracting Entity, at its sole discretion but without altering the overall nature of the Qualification System, may modify the Qualification System provide for additional selection criteria in a further round of qualification to reflect changes in its requirements.
