St Helens Borough Council are initiating a market engagement exercise, commonly known as "soft market testing," to assess interest and capabilities among potential service providers for delivering support services through the Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO) in St. Helens. Providers are invited to register on The-Chest portal, review the Service Specification and Background Information and complete and return the questionnaire no later than 12 noon on Thursday the 25th April 2024.
