Rammeaftalen omhandler udarbejdelse af tilstandsvurderinger af samtlige kommunale ejendomme, over en 4-årig periode samt udarbejdelse af energimærker på de kommunale ejendomme indbefattet af energimærkeordningen. Derudover skal det bemærkes at der i opgaven også ligger udarbejdelse af 30-årige Vedligeholdelsesplaner for kommunalt ejede ældre- og Plejeboliger, samt beskyttede boliger, med udgangspunkt i Lov om almene boliger.
