Service and maintenance of lifts in buildings in Kongsberg and Flesberg Municipalities A list of the lifts is attached under each lot (but this is not exhaustive). Two lots will be awarded, one for each municipality. Flesberg Municipality currently has valid contracts, but will join as soon as the existing contracts expire. See the annex for further information and dates. Lot 1: Flesberg Municipality. Flesberg Municipality is located in Viken County and has approx. 2800 inhabitants. Flesberg Municipality currently has 7 lifts that have an existing service contract, but will take up an option for this when the current contract expires. See the attached lift list/price sheet for details. Lot 2: Kongsberg Municipality (and all inter-municipal companies) Kongsberg Municipality is located in Viken County and has approx. 29,000 inhabitants. Kongsberg kommunale eiendom manage the lifts in the municipality, and a new service contract is now needed for them. KKE manages approx. 50 lifts. See the attached list for details.
