Description

CHIC Legal Services Tender for the delivery of services pertaining to lots : • Lot 1: Corporate, Governance & Finance • Lot 2: Housing & Asset Management • Lot 3: Development • Lot 4: Property Lot 1: Corporate, Governance & Finance Scope of service for Lot 1 (Corporate Governance and Finance ) requirement includes but not limited to the provision of legal advisory services for: Banking and finance including the raising of bank funding, capital markets issuance and hedging arrangements, Charging and security work, Development draw down funding (including contracts with the HCA / GLA), Corporate governance , New business opportunities, Acquisitions and disposals. Lot 2: Housing & Asset Management The scope of services for Lot 2- Housing and Asset Management includes but not limited to : housing litigations e.g. disrepair, antisocial behaviour, rent arrears proceedings. General housing advice: such as tenancy agreement advice, estate management board advice, welfare reform, judicial review etc. and housing management policy advice. Lot 3: Development Organisations appointed to Lot 3- Development legal services shall provide advice on development matters pertaining to public private partnerships, option to purchase , site assembly , property taxation advice, procurement , shared ownership. Lot 4: Property Lot 4 (Property) includes but not limited to advisory services pertaining to property rationalisation, purchases / disposal of real estates , auction, acquisition and disposal , purchase and sales of individual residential unit, newbuild plot sales , lifting of restrictive covenant.
