Description

The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 24 months and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12 month periods at Kingdom Housing Associations discretion. The Framework is to provide support Kingdom Technical Service the in-house contractor who delivers the general repairs and maintenance services to Kingdom Housing Association housing stock. Lot 2: Lot 2 - KHA Medical Adaptations Services will consist of the installation of medical adaptations to the housing stock. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Floor Coverings Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 4: Lot 4 - Builderworks / Bricklaying Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 5: Lot 5 - Electrical Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 6: Lot 6 - Joinery Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 8: Lot 8 - Fencing Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 9: Lot 9 - Drainage works including Jetting Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 10: Lot 10 - Plumbing Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 11: Lot 11 - Plastering / Render Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 12: Lot 12 - Pest Control Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 14: Lot 14 - Satellite & Aerial Services will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Roofing Works will consist of general responsive / reactive repairs and maintenance services to the housing stock.
